Removed deteriorating garage ceiling, installed new moisture-resistant plasterboard with timber battening in Strathmore.
The original garage ceiling had dropped significantly. We stripped the damaged sheets, added timber battens to level the joists, installed new 10mm plasterboard with cove cornices, and completed full joint flushing.
