Complete interior overhaul featuring seamless Level-5 skim coated monolithic walls and custom shadowline details.
The client required the complete modernization of a 280sqm penthouse in South Yarra. The existing space featured textured 1990s plaster, damaged ceiling joins, and compartmentalized living zones. Asterik Solutions removed non-load-bearing partitions, re-engineered the acoustic ceiling system with concealed LED coves, and achieved an unbroken museum-grade finish across all vertical planes.
