Work Completed & Scope
Cut out water-compromised plasterboard after a roof leak, installed new gyprock with insulation, and flushed smooth in Essendon.
Following a storm leak, a section of bedroom ceiling was stained and soft. We removed the damaged section, replaced the insulation batts, fitted new plasterboard with reinforced joint tape, and matched the existing ceiling paint.
